How do I access settings?

To be able to view the Settings tab in Autogate you must have the appropriate level of access.

If you do, simply click on the 'Settings' tab on the left hand side menu (Please keep in mind you will need to be logged in over the individual yard, if you have access to more than one location).

In the settings section, you will be able to manage the following:

  • Email Templates, including your Auto Response
  • Business Hours
  • Configurable Automation (*AutogatePro feature)
  • Notifications, including SMS lead notifications settings
  • Prospect Allocation, houses automatic prospect allocation setting
  • Prospect Review, enabling a manager to review and approve all prospects that have been marked as SOLD or LOST by sales staff before the prospect is closed off.

Once you've updated any settings, be sure to save the changes.
