How do I delete a user profile?

If you would like to remove a user from your AutoGate account, as long as you have permission to add/remove users, you can do so by following the steps below. If you find you do not have the required permissions you can contact your Digital Account Manager to request they be added to your profile. Your Digital Account Manager's details can be found in the top right corner of your Autogate.  

1. From the DataMotive Portal (, click on the "Search User" option under your Settings > User tab. 


2. Type the name of your Dealership into the search bar, or the name/email address of the particular user, followed by search, 



3. Click on the name of the user you would like to remove, to the right of the page you will see the "Admin Panel" that allows you to "Delete" users,
