Setting up SMS Lead Alerts for staff

SMS lead alerts are a great way to make sure you don't miss any leads. To set-up SMS lead alerts for your staff, simply follow the steps below:

  • Login to Autogate and click 'Settings' on the left hand navigation bar.
  • If you cannot see 'Settings' make sure you've selected the dealership from the group in the top right hand corner and that you have management access.
  • Click 'Notifications'.

  • To the right of the staff list will be a column titled 'SMS' that shows you how many SMS services you have available.

  • Select the users to receive SMS alerts by checking the box next to their name.
  • Click 'Save'.

  • If you require more SMS than you have available, please contact your Digital Account Manager to arrange more.  You can find the contact details for your Digital Account Manager on the top left of your page.

Please Note: The SMS alert service is a paid service. If you are not currently subscribed to the service please contact your Digital Account Manager to arrange signing up.
