To reset your password:
- Make sure you are on https://autogate.co/
- Click on the "Forgot password?" button below the username and password fields
From there, enter the email address that you use to log in to the system, into the below field:
This will generate an email to this address which contains a link that you will need to click on to reset your password. Once you click on this link, it will take you to a screen where you will be prompted to enter a new password and then re-type it to confirm.
Password criteria below:
- Be at least ten characters
- One upper case letter
- One lower case letter
- One number
- One special character.
Not receiving the reset password email?
If you are not receiving the reset password email when requesting it via 'Forgot Password', this means that your email address may potentially be on our denylist due to issues with your domain not receiving our emails.
