The Email Template section of your Settings tab is where you can add and edit your dealership's various Auto Responses. These will be sent automatically when a prospect sends your dealership an enquiry.
To set up or edit your email templates, follow the steps below (please note, you will require manager access to access this function).
1. Click on the "Settings" tab, followed by the "Email Templates" option.
2. Click on the template you would like to edit, or click "New" to create a new template.
3. You will be able to amend your template in the screen that displays. Be sure to click "Save changes" once you've made changes to the template.
*Please note, any items that appear in square brackets in the default template are HTML tags that link back to information input by the prospect. These should not be altered.
