With regards to DCP for Used Cars, it is important to note that AutoGate is still to be used to upload your Used Cars onto DCP, but it is critical that any updates made during or after the creation of the vehicle files in AutoGate are tagged with the “Certified” flagging so that the vehicles can be updated and posted on DCP correctly. We have encountered a number of delays in publishing and removing sold vehicles due to incorrect or missing publishing flags as per the example below. DCP will only reflect correct data and if there are any iterations to the vehicle data without certification, the vehicle on DCP will stay incorrect.
The data flow is shown below:

FAQ: You cannot find your vehicle on DCP (UCOS), but the vehicle is available in AutoGate
Vehicle Not Published
Vehicle Published with Certification assigned
The vehicle is still on DCP (UCOS) even after the retailer has updated it to Closed/ Sold in DCP (UCOS)
To resolve this issue,
- You will have to re-publish the car in AutoGate by changing the Status from Withdrawn to For Sale & only activating it on the Mercedes-Benz site. It is recommended for the user to wait 10-15mins for the in-stock update to process to DCP UCOS, before setting the vehicle back to Withdrawn/Sold in AutoGate.
- The retailer should then activate the Certification so that the data would push through and change the status to Withdrawn the following day. The car will be removed from DCP right after this.
- When using your own DMS, please make sure that the data flow has not affected AutoGate and changed the data which would the result in issues on DCP.
You cannot find your vehicle on DCP (UCOS), but the vehicle is available in AutoGate
To resolve this issue,
- The retailer should review and activate the Certification in AutoGate, then the vehicle data will be accepted and appear in DCP (UCOS).
** Please note, DCP (UCOS) website only accepts MB Certified or Demo vehicles data. **
