Each month you will receive an invoice for your carsales account. The invoice will show the charges from the previous month.

Where can I see my invoices?

We will send the invoice through to the email address we have on file for your account on a monthly basis. Our system only allows for us to send the invoices to this one email address, so if you need it changed for any reason, please email the request through to

How do I get copies of older invoices?

If you need a copy of an older invoice, you are able to email us on or call our support team on 1300 728 800.

Please note we can only re-send invoice copies to the email address we have on file. If you need to change this email, please send an email as above.

What types of charges will I see on my invoice?

There are 2 types of charges you will see on your invoice:

Subscriptions: These are fixed monthly costs. You will always see subscriptions billed for the current month (e.g. network subscription, LiveMarket, Promote bundles and more).

Transactions: These are variable monthly costs. These will always be billed for the previous month and will include lead costs, listings costs or individual promote transactions.

How can I see a breakdown of my charges?

There is a transaction report within AutoGate that provides a comprehensive breakdown of any applicable leads, listings or Promote charges for your account. Please review this article for a complete guide to our transaction reports.
