How to activate or cancel a product/service

 

Subscribing to a product or service

There are a couple of ways in which you can sign up to a new product or service;

Autogate Store

The Autogate Store is accessible by admin users of the dealership. Relevant users will see the following option on the left-hand side of Autogate:

Once you've clicked on store, you will be presented with a screen showing all the available products or services.

To subscribe, simply hit the "subscribe" button. If the product or service says "pending" this means there is some work being done in the background to set the service up for your account. Any product or service marked as "active" means it is already available on your account.

Other products or services

There may be some products or services which are not available within the Autogate store - please contact your account manager for further information about these.

 

Cancelling a product or service

If you wish to cancel an existing product or service, you will need to send a cancellation email to your account manager. If you are unsure of their details, this can be found in the top-right corner of your Autogate:
